Hello, I’m Anna-Satis. I purchased a Qinux Watis portable heater online a few weeks ago for my small home office and I am generally satisfied. It warms the room reasonably quickly and operates quietly. There was a slight plastic smell during the first uses that dissipated after a short time. Two minor drawbacks I noticed: the power cord is shorter than expected and the thermostat seems a bit imprecise on the low setting. Has anyone found practical ways to improve energy efficiency or extend the lifespan of this type of portable heater? Any care or placement tips would be appreciated. Thank you.
