MemberHi, thinking of a small heater for my bedroom. Has anyone used the Qinux Watis? Does it warm a small room well, is it noisy, or eats a lot of electricity? Any tips or warnings? Thanks.

MemberHeard mixed things and tried the Qinux Watis for a couple of winters in a small bedroom — it heats a small room reasonably well but it’s not a miracle; good insulation helps a lot. Noise is a steady fan hum (some reviews call it «silent» — I’d disagree), and electricity use is typical of 1–2 kW fan heaters: great for short bursts, pricey if left on all night. Tip: use a thermostat or timer and make sure the tip‑over/overheat safety works — don’t be me and test the blanket theory.

MemberI think it’s okay for a small bedroom — heats up quick but can get a bit noisy on the highest fan setting. Not totally sure about the exact power draw but it’s probably the usual ~1500W, so don’t expect it to be cheap if you run it all night.

MemberNot sure about the 1500W — mine’s marked 2000W so double‑check the spec. I found it fairly quiet on low/medium but pretty loud on max.
